LECTURE AND DEMO PARTICIPATION DETAILS
- Complete the sign-up form to be considered to present at Texas VegFest
- Free public event with 5,000+ attendees
- Area seats 200 individuals
- Room, tables, chairs, sound, sound equipment, prep area with kitchen, and set-up/break-down team provided
- Advertising on Texas VegFest print, broadcast, social, and online mediums
- Tent, table, and chairs in exhibiting area included with presentation
- On-site banner placement for 3×5 banners
- Free ad in program
- Free swag bag inserts (quantity of 2,000)
- Six slots available between 11:30am and 4:30pm
- Acceptance notifications go out in mid-February
